New Highmark network ID cards were mailed to participants’ homes in June 2024. Please present your new benefit card to your medical provider when receiving services so that they can make note of this change on your account. The prescription, dental, and vision provider networks utilized by the Fund will remain unchanged. You should NOT use the Highmark ID card for these types of services. You should continue to use your prescription drug cards since that process remains unchanged. In addition, a Delta Dental ID card is not required when you visit the dentist. Just provide your name, birth date and Social Security number. If you have eligible dependents on your plan they’ll need to provide your details.
